Week of January 17 - 21, 2022
Last Friday, HCA celebrated Cornelia Connelly's birthday! Mrs. Goyer led the lower school in a game of "Who Wants To Be A Cornelianaire?". Mrs Goyer asked the students some trivia questions all about Cornelia Connelly and her life. We sang "Happy Birthday" and all of the students were given a gift. Everyone had lots of fun!
On Tuesday, Fourth Grade led the lower school in a prayer service for Martin Luther King, Jr.
On Tuesday, the Lower School gathered for a division service project. They sorted hygiene products that were donated for Second Grade's service partner, "Cradles to Crayons", which is a local non-profit organization that provides resources, such as school supplies and clothing to children experiencing poverty and homelessness.
